Account Verification

  • Why is verification required?
    It prevents fraud, protects your funds, and ensures compliance with international regulations.
  • What documents do I need?
    Passport, national ID, or driver’s license. Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement within 6 months). For card deposits: masked card images. For e-wallet or bank deposits: a screenshot or payment confirmation.
  • Where should I send my documents?
    Email them to docs@fxverge.com with your account details. Verification usually takes up to 3 business days.
  • Do I need to verify for every withdrawal?
    No. Once verified, you don’t need to repeat the process unless major account details change.
